During the consultation, the coach tries to get as clear a picture as possible about the individual's lifestyle. The client makes a health declaration, which is then reviewed for the best results. The more the coach knows about his client, the easier it is to achieve the goals together. It can be difficult to tell about personal and private things, but we as personal trainer are subject to confidentiality, which means that all information you provide is strictly confidential and no unauthorized person will disclose it without your personal consent.
