Because of the pandemic and the limited amount of people coming to workout during the day, we have decided to change the amount of hours the reception is staffed during the day.
As you can see on the picture we will be staffed 10-13 and 16-19 on weekdays. Saturdays 09-12, and sundays 15.30-19.
The gym will be open 05-00 as usual, access with the app or your wristband. Just remember to book your spot in gym!

All gym workouts must be booked at Idrottscentrum so the gym is able to offer safe training joy in a controlled manner. There will be a maximum of 12 reservations in the gym at a time, for everyone's safety. During certain times of the day, there is higher pressure in the gym, between 12.00-01.00 pm and 04.00-07.00. pm.
The sports center is a full service gym that offers a fantastic range of training for everyone in Halmstad. You find us on the university of Halmstad located to the food store ICA Maxi. Easy acess to parking, staffed reception, friendly staff and well educated instructors.
We help you to adjust your training regardless you're an elite athlete or a daily basis exerciser. Idrottscentrum is a certified Les Mills fitness center and a reference gym for Eleiko. This means high standard on our resistance training equipment and group classes.

Les Mills take the spreading of the Coronavirus very seriously, and we follow global and local authorities’ guidelines closely. Therefore Les Mills have decided to open up 95 workouts on their streaming platform Les Mills On Demand (at home workouts) for you to use.
